Brian most recently served as the CIO for Accesso Partners in Miami where he was responsible for all office and multifamily transactions including the sourcing, underwriting, financing, structuring, and closing of the assets. He was also responsible for maintaining institutional relationships through joint ventures, dispositions, refinancings and recapitalizations. During his tenure, Accesso acquired over 11 million square feet of real estate.
Previous to Accesso, Brian was a Principal at Investcorp in New York City, with senior-level responsibility for acquisitions and asset management for all of the major asset classes for the firm. Brian has also held positions at Lehman Brothers and Lend Lease.
Brian has a BA in History from the University of Pennsylvania and is a member of ULI.
Kimberly Lewis has worked in commercial real estate since 2014. Her career began in New York City at CBRE, analyzing real estate portfolios to determine optimal acquisition and disposition strategies. She then transitioned to mortgage brokerage, working in the Debt and Equity Finance Group at Jones Lang LaSalle (“JLL”). At JLL, Ms. Lewis worked with the most active Capital Markets team in the company. During her tenure there, she raised over $3 billion in debt and equity for transactions ranging from $5 million to $250 million throughout the United States. She has closed deals across all asset classes and loan types with commercial banks, CMBS, debt funds, and agencies such as Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae. After JLL, Ms. Lewis originated construction, permanent and bridge loans for the U.S. branch of Landesbank Hessen Thuringen Bank (Helaba), headquartered in Frankfort, Germany. Most recently, Ms. Lewis originated deals for ThornOak Capital, a real estate advisory and investment firm.
Ms. Lewis received a BS with Honors from Cornell University and earned an MBA from the University North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a concentration in Real Estate Finance. She is a member of the Cornell Real Estate Council, CREFC and ULI.
Donald Shapiro has earned his reputation as “Commercial Don” for his expert representation of all matters commercial real estate, including multi-family, industrial, land, retail, and office. Highlights include projects on Lincoln Road, Brickell City Center, and a land transaction that generated the client a million-dollar profit in a single year. While commercial and residential real estate run in tandem in many respects, commercial transactions do present their own unique sets of circumstances. Donald is proficient in the nuanced aspects of commercial real estate, the sophisticated and multi-part negotiations, and specific objectives and needs of the clientele. Donald values prompt communication, knowing that his clients’ time is money, and displays always up-to-date market awareness.
Donald leverages his Bachelor’s Degree in Public Finance from Indiana University with eight years of experience to offer clients quick and thorough market assessments for a property, including potential lease rates and details about zoning or development. He has previously been named a top agent three times, will soon receive his designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member, and belongs to the South Beach chapter of Business Network International (BNI). Donald believes real estate to be holding strong as the best-performing asset an investor can acquire, and has an intuitive capacity to represent his clients’ true interests.
His personal passions include travel, watching sports, physical fitness, and dining out. An affiliation with , the leading real estate firm for technology and marketing, enables Don to move at his preferred speed—fast, and always in service of clients.
Christine has a background in technology, sustainability, and startups. After founding a residential and commercial real estate brokerage in NYC. After joining the global movement "1% for the Planet," her firm was acquired by Compass in 2018 and reorganized as the Greenwell Team. The Greenwell Team sold LEED and passive house properties in NYC, as well as sharing public programs focused on wellness and sustainability to fellow agents and the public at large. In 2021, she moved to the South Florida area to join the Koolik Group, South Florida’s leading team at Compass. Her expertise includes knowledge of the latest technology, innovations, and practices that make homes more healthy and resilient, including regenerative practices and renewable energy for the home.
Christine’s experience in real estate encompasses residential condo, co-op, and home sales, investment properties, commercial building sales, and real estate investment banking. She has a keen ability to forecast market movements, share emerging trends, and has successfully guided clients in identifying and acquiring ideally matched investment vehicles, as well as helping to execute timely exits.
As a professional, her clients find her calm, considerate, and consultative approach to sales to be a valuable asset that helps them navigate the sales process with insight and ease. She is a member of the Boca Raton Chamber of Commerce, Summit Series, and the SDG Thought Leaders Circle.
In her free time, Christine enjoys music, hiking, climbing, qi gong, and meditation.

Hailing from the Philadelphia area, Todd is now a permanent resident of Boca Raton.
Todd graduated Summa Cum Laude from The University of Texas at Austin with degrees in Finance and Accounting. Upon graduation, Todd was the founder of two companies, The SNI Group and Florida Business Opportunities Clearinghouse. Through Todd's leadership and dedication, SNI Group became the leading supplier of travel products and accessories to retail locations in airports, cruise ships, hotels, resorts, and casinos throughout the USA, Canada, and the Caribbean. Over the past 11 years, Todd facilitated the sale of SNI Group three times to three different private equity funds.
Florida Business Opportunities Clearinghouse was built around Todd's love of everything Florida. Since he was young, Todd loved spending time in Florida and knew one day he would be a permanent resident of South Florida. He built a buyer's business portal that assisted clients from the Northeastern U.S., who had a propensity to live and work in Florida, find businesses they could purchase and a dream home for their families. He negotiated deals on many different businesses including a marina, a car dealership, a bakery supply company. and a hardware distribution business and helped his clients find their personal paradise in the sun.
Todd is excited to continue the legacy of Florida Business Opportunities Clearinghouse to help clients achieve the "Florida Dream". Utilizing his skills attained over the last 33 years in Real Estate, Sales, Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Entrepreneurship, he looks forward to helping others achieve their goals and find their piece of Florida to call home.
Also, given Todd's love for Florida and Florida real estate, during the past 10 years, Todd bought, managed, and continues to manage a portfolio of single-family residential real estate in Palm Beach County.
Family is a core bedrock of Todd's life and he enjoys golf, pickleball, working out, traveling, and spending time with family and friends
After a long and successful career in the music industry as a partner in one of the most influential hip hop labels of all time, Loud Records, For over 25 years Jonathan traveled the country promoting his Loud artists through a network of DJ’s and radio stations.

Real estate has always been a passion of Jonathan’s, especially on the investment side. After living in New York, Los Angeles, and now Miami, Jonathan states “Many of our buyers and sellers in the KG network who have relocated to South Florida are looking for commercial/investment opportunities. KG is perfectly positioned to execute on those requests.”
Jonathan now resides in sunny South Florida and makes his home in Miami Beach. Living back on the east coast and in Miami brings back a lot of childhood memories when Jonathan would vacation with his family in South Florida to get out of the cold Long Island, New York weather.
“Living steps away from the ocean is a dream come true, states Jonathan. Living in the three major US markets and traveling the nation during my music career has given me insight as to why people live, work and move to certain markets. I plan to share that knowledge and I am confident all of those experiences are a huge asset when helping my future buyers and sellers.
Jonathan enjoys spending his free time running, biking, tennis and playing softball with a team of friends that he manages.
